According to their law, yeah.

Absolute morality is not relative, but legislative morality is.

So because something is legal you think its right? I'm confused.

What has an unborn child done to deserve being summarily executed en utero? Nothing but exist (which is somehow a grave violation of a woman's body if youlisten to pro-choice folks).

Can't compare that to someone who made a conscious decision to take another human life.

By that logic, you admit that the Holocaust, and millions and millions of people caught in Government sanctioned-genocide are okay and should be treated as such

Adultery is morally wrong according to almost every society today, but only some countries punish you for it. Rape is universally considered immoral, but only some countries put you to death for it.

Adultery is legal in almost every state but I don't think its right. Likewise, I don't think every adulterer should be stoned but if I'm in a country where that's the penalty I'm gonna be extra careful not to do it.

Disagreeing with a degree of punishment for an immoral act doesnt make said punishment wrong, it means you have a different legislative morality. Why is putting someone in jail for murder better than executing them? Its it because it is indisputably wrong, or because you've been told my current western society that it's wrong?

I'm all for abortion too. Lots of people out there that aren't cut out to be parents, some give the kids up for adoption, some shake them to stop them from crying, some leave them baking in a hot car in the summertime, some abuse them, some are too scared to stand up to abuse of their children, some simply go through the motions and don't care what really happens.

I'd rather a fetus by terminated than a kid have to endure a horrible upbringing. Most people will look to the positives and hope that a troubled upbringing can create a solid member of society. I don't exactly think so. There's too many humans on the planet as it is.

Being a jew isnt an inherent moral evil. And yes, there is an absolute morality. So no, by my logic it's still genocide.

State sanctioned punishment for inherent wrongs is different from arbitrary punishment for a state of being.

What about the people Stalin put into labor camps and executed? They did not comply with the state which the Bible says is morally wrong.

I'm sorry, but I can't agree with this at all. I'd rather a person have a fighting chance at life than be killed against their will. It's ridiculous.

Again I heartily disagree, but even if that were true that shouldn't make it acceptable to "play God" like this through abortion, as it were.

Who are we to end a life? Does a law make it "just"? My core beliefs say no.
