What are the OT ballers having at their super bowl party?

1. Buffalo chicken sliders
2. Sausage balls
3. Sin dip (basically just cheese, sour cream, and bacon)
4. Bud Lite
5. Fireball for prop bets
6. Peach cobbler
7. S'mores rice crispy treats

We've got the usual finger foods we were planning on, but thanks to my 20lb crying alarm clock that decided to wake me up at 0400, I went to the store early and bought some ribs that have now been smoking for three hours on the BGE. Should be good

I'm bringing XX, Oculto beer, and Sam Adams cold snap.

Because that's what's in my freezer right now.

Mine will smoke 3 hours at 225 on BGE, competition wrapped with bacon grease/sweet this chili sauce for 2 hours then dusted with rub again and finished for an hour. Will also have:

- meatball dip (think ro-tel meets meatballs)
- kicked up coleslaw
- steak fries
- gelato and brownies for dessert

Blantons
a local vanilla honey moonshine, 170 proof that is just incredible
the wife's home grilled mammoth wings is six flavors
my own homebrew chili ... spicy type
I dunno, we must have seven or eight, no wait, nine different craft brews on hand ... and coors light for the lost cause who only drinks coors light. I'm not inviting him next year
beef tenderloin ... smoked, to a perfect 140 degrees in alder. Too me two hours to get it right.
muffaletta and homemade melba toast from my own sourdough recipe (total credit to my wife for the muffaletta - it's perfect)
too many chips and dips to list
