So, you can't answer a simple question. If no participating party meant it/heard it as racist, it's not racist, correct?

No participating party believes it's racist (because it was considered so 50 years ago) but it's still racist because you say so.
This is the problem with "you folks" is you believe words and deeds which aren't offensive, are offensive simply because you feel the need to protect someone who doesn't need protecting. If no one is offended, there is no offense.

I have no sympathy for the blacks in this country. If they don't like it here, then go to your continent of origin. I'm white and would be more happy to go to my country of origin. Congo Africa wants their people back. I say let them go and I'll go to Europe and let's see who will be willing to come back to the USA.

Check-out how UNC's school of African-American studies operated to get a clue as to how it's probably operating everywhere.
It's also become a cash cow for most Universities as there is a massive amount of government subsidized cash available for African-Americans wishing to enroll in those schools entering that field of study. It's almost automatic.
