I think we'd all be shocked to know that Southern Living is written in Birmingham.

Would you be shocked to know that the writer lives in San Antonio, not Birmingham?

I wouldn't put UA or Spring Hill in the top 20 of just the campuses I've been to

I know we all kid about things but I thought most agreed that Alabama has a pretty fantastic campus.

UVA at 21 is highly questionable.

Agreed. Visited that campus a few times. No way it should be that low on this list.

Their definition of "South" is a little off.

It's alright. A lot of the buildings have that faux-classical antebellum look.

Spring Hill definitely doesn't deserve to be on the list.

Call me a typical 'delusional' LSU fan, but how does LSU not make a list like this? Banks of the Mississippi River Amazing HUGE oaks and magnolias throughout campus Rich in History The Lakes that surround campus (Frats/Sorority Homes Border Them) Incredible Athletic facilities Seems odd to consider schools like OM/Georgie/Tulane but not LSU.

Easy answer, Baton Rouge
