seriously though. All my friends are pussies. I need a jump buddy. I'm hooked after that one jump and I'm gonna get my A-license.

My 1st wife and I jumped out of a plane Nick named "duct tape" (because it had duct tale all over it) for our 21st b days. That was 23 years ago. Bush sr jumped out of the same plane for his 80th I believe. Not too many years ago that same plane crashed and killed 5-7 on board I don't remember exactly. If you google it you'll find it.

I'll always remember the pilot telling us that if the plane has trouble don't look for him for direction.....because he has a chute and that's what it was for....

Reminds me of something I read.

Follow the instructions of the jump leader. If you don't see the jump leader.. better gtfo.

I just hate that I can't find a cheap hobby. Everything costs me an arm and a leg.

The only problem with the camper is the a/c can't keep up during the day so when you get there it's not real cool in the damn thing but after the sun goes down that suckered turns into an ice cube

If I recall in 92' it was $300 each for a 4 hour class and to jump on our own. After that we could have come back for like $60 per jump if we had wanted to continue as a hobby

How much is it now?

Go for a run, hang in and get some work done, maybe swim some laps. My off days are Sundays and Mondays.

AFF is ground school and 7 jumps.. 1279 plus tax. Can jump solo under student status.

A Class Certification is 25 jumps, including the AFF course 2499, certified to jump anywhere solo at that point. There's additional certifications that you can get after that.. for night jumps and other things.

We have 9 or 10 rvs and there are 2 of them that are in good shape, the others have been abused by the guys. I usually get one of the good ones but we are finishing up this job and all of them are back at the yard except for 2 and they aren't the good ones

They are all FEMA trailers and weren't designed to be pulled around as much as we do.

AFF... 2 instructors jump with you the first 3 jumps. One instructor for jumps 4-7. If doing the full 25 jump certification, you get further instruction while solo jumps and also learn to pack your own chute.

Cullman. about 4 miles north on hwy 31 off the 310 exit. Small airport, Skydive Alabama has their own hangar there. If you wanna do a tandem to see if you like.. it's 198. 310 for ground school and first solo or.. the above prices if you wanna get full swing into it.
