Any cop who is that scared or sensitive shouldn't be a cop. Cops shouldn't assume the other person can understand instructions, especially since our retarded leaders let in so many people who don't speak English. There are also many mentally retarded people who have no idea.

Why didn't one of them just have their taser up instead of the gun. Guys didn't appear to have weapons.

They're in LA. I don't blame the cops for addressing most every issue with a gun drawn vs. a taser given the violent crime rate.
That said, the video was a bad shooting. The cop should be addressed appropriately with a murder charge. But the OPs insistence that all cops are inherently bad is equally stupid and only contributes to the increase in these kinds of shootings. The more people lash out at the police, in cases where they don't need to be treated like shite, the more trigger happy they're going to get. Cause and effect people.
