I strongly prefer powder. Tastes much sweeter. Maybe cause I use too much.

I prefer the Hershey's UHT chocolate milk we took underway with us. Stored at room temp in the fan room. After a week rigged for ultra quiet and eating MREs, you were backed up tighter than a banjo string. 3 cartons of UHT and you could shite through a screen door and never touch a wire.

Amazing stuff.

I grew up on Nesquik powder. When I got married, my wife, who grew up on Hershey's powder did the shopping I was converted and preferred the Hershey's. Then the bastards stopped making Hershey's chocolate milk mix powder. Tried Nesquik again, but didn't really like it anymore. So now I use syrup.

No, powder is the correct answer.
You are correct. However, the even corrector answer is real cocoa powder and not the herseys or other cheap brand. But you also have to add some sugar but it tastes better than the trashier choco syrup.

I guess you poors don't know shite about cooking and flavors.

This was the cheapest brand I could find too.

Frick yea. Had to switch to this when my daughter was born (lactose intolerant) I don't think I can switch back now.
