Both are pretty good. I prefer powder though. Dissolves in the milk better.

I'm sure that's the wrong answer though

Powder. I like the way some of the powder floats on the surface even after stirring. Creates a delicious first swallow.

What I do with ice cream is just eat the ice cream. As it comes. I'm not a child so I don't need all those fancy ice cream toppings. And I'm not fat so eating ice cream isn't a dilemma that comes up a whole lot for me anyway.
