"Friends - I hate that sitcom with the intensity of a thousand suns"
I have a couple of good friends that thought Friends was great and thought I was lame for not getting it and preferring Seinfeld instead.

The ones I could never get into growing up that was always thought of as amazing was Nightcourt, Benson, and Who's the Boss.

From the few times I've watched this show it seemed like every joke was just some character comparing a common life experience to some esoteric physics concept/theory. It got old really fast
