I kind of thought it was my patriotic duty seeing as it's a bottle of cabernet sauvignon from The Federalist winery and it's the July 4th weekend and all.
Anyway, I keep my drinking to only three nights a week (four if it's a three day weekend) and only after 6 pm. So I figure it's okay, but I'm willing to keep an open mind. Am I a lush or normal.

I suggest corking the wine and joining me in copious amounts of bourbon consumption.

Oh no. I salute Kentucky. Bourbon = my favorite drink. Kentucky has done this world a great service. The best liquor on the planet = bourbon. Thanks to Kentucky.
Here's to your great state.

I don't know what you are but you're making me feel like an alcoholic.

Okay, well I'm starting to feel a little better now.

That's just over 25 oz of wine, or four glasses. You'll probably be okay this time, but you may need to lay off the drinking for a few months to let your liver regenerate.

Wine goes bad pretty quick after you open it, unless you use something to suck the air out of the bottle. If you opened it, best to drink the whole bottle instead of letting it spoil.

750 ml bottle of wine is doable at a dinner. 1.5 litre bottle can be a few hours or nightly thing.

i only respect winos that finish the entire bottle in one sitting

It was when I started drinking an entire bottle of wine for breakfast that it first occurred to me that I might have a problem.

I hope it's ok or I have a problem.

I love a good cab. It's only fitting to drink the whole bottle once you open it.

I have heard that it keeps it from going bad. Which is very good logic
