When the student that hunger strikes is some very rich person you know this isn't a genuine event and more of a distraction.

Our economy is wrecked and the fed may actually raise rates in December, while necessary, will further wreck (the slow reset) the economy. Also the war with Russia rages on, with us sending fighter planes over for the Syrian war. The blacks have been a token tool of the Jewish communists for a while, the best easy example is Mandela in South Africa and their genocide of whites there. While it would be good if blacks could throw off the yolk of who really oppresses them, it's not going to happen so this is just distraction from the economy and military. It gives the 24/7 news something to talk about while getting to avoid the actual important stuff.
