dude, you are acting as though this has been proven. I read the suit. Baylor and their recruiting tactics are disgusting. But there isn't proof of 50+ rapes at the moment.

correct, which is why without hard evidence I will not believe 52 rapes occurred

I'm not sure what you're implying, but I'd encourage you to not jump to conclusions when it comes to matters as sensitive as rape. I assume you abhor Baylor, but take a step back and let the evidence be provided before you start tying off your noose.

There were not 52 rapes. It's just not the truth. I'd bet some things happened that are bad. Some likely on the level of rape. Idk. But no doubt this shite got blown out of proportion.

I can't wait to hear the carefully prepared evidence you have to prove this statement.

Let me give you an example of why even Stalin and his cronies didn't think a discussion is necessary when it comes to rape.

quote:

The first thing the Russians did was to separate the German women and girls from the men. What followed was a brutal orgy of rape and debauchery by Red Army soldiers. When the greatly outnumbered Americans tried to intervene, the Russians charged towards them firing into the air and threatening to kill them if they interfered. The raping continued throughout the night. The next day a Russian General arrived at the encampment and immediately ordered a cessation ... Later when a few Russians violated the order again and assaulted a German girl, she was asked to identify them from a lineup. There were no formalities, no court martial. The guilty parties were immediately hanged in front of all their comrades. The point was made.[48]

This is why people are so easily controlled by the media.

You can't juggle in your mind and think.

Tell me how what you shared relates to this? Because of the keyword rape? I bet you don't get why they shouldn't be connected.

Feel free to breakdown my longer post on page one -- let me know what is inaccurate or not on point. Thanks.

I'd hope so. But that is entirely besides the point. You can't seem to stay on topic.

So it ends up not being 52 and ends up at 21. 10 more that originally reported. You ok with that?

Of course not, and I've no idea where you would have gathered that I would be.

Also, where are you seeing 21? I'd like to read about it and not seeing it when I google. Thanks.

Are you saying we should hang people accused of rape before actually finding out if the accusation is true?

Obviously what you quoted is far different, as other soldiers could actually see the rape happening. That is not the case here; these are accusations. Just like the last 2 Baylor football players accused of rape, they had their day in court and were found guilty.

Sure there is. The discussion includes was there a rape, who did or did not do it, and is there proof.

I'm asking if you find 21 to be an acceptable amount of rapes to report. You obviously think 52 is too many. The number is obviously in excess of the the 11 reported. If not 52 or 21, what is your cut off for reporting purposes.

The truth.

Preferably the truth that can be backed up by proof
