My brother in law was killed today in a car wreck

He was T-Boned while pulling out of his neighborhood by a woman driving erratically who ran the red light. Hit him going around 60 mph and she never hit the brakes (no tire marks).
Very dark day for our family. Time will be the only thing to help heal but prayers for the wife, 14 year old son and 12 year old son who is severely autistic would be very appreciated.

I lost my mom to a long battle with cancer but this is the first time ever dealing with the sudden loss of a young family member. I just had a profound disbelief. My wife is still in denial and shielding herself.

Too many people driving around these days with one thumb in their mouth and the other up their butt. I was driving behind a lady a while back who crossed the center line and ran completely off the road several times. Initially I thought she was drunk until I got close enough (when she made a turn) to see that she was busy yacking on her cell phone. I kept my distance.

First off I'm sorry and your family will be in my prayers.
Charges could be any number of things based on a bunch of different factors ranging from Reckless Endangerment to Vehicular Manslaughter.
ETA: Probably worse than any charges brought against her will be living with the fact that she took another persons life and took them away from their family.
