Calling BS on this. Either it isn't "real" mayonnaise or, being a restaurant package, it will be used so fast that refrigeration doesn't matter. If you're sure of this, leave your mayo out for a few weeks after opening and try it out. (Not a good idea.)

Bread seems pointless, but then we eat a lot of bread.

Mustard, too. Has anybody ever had any bad mustard?

Ketchup goes on hot foods and shoul NOT be refrigerated!
I can't imagine dipping a fresh fried shrimp into cold ketchup.

You don't like cold lettuce and tomato on a burger? Dipping shrimp in ketchup is a sin, probably put ketchup on your eggs too.

I refrigerate all three, but I don't like any of them. Even the smell of mustard makes me gag.
