My wife loves that and makes me watch it every couple of years.

Pet Sematary and Amityville Horror got me really good as a kid. But the scariest movie I ever saw as a child is an overlooked 80's b-movie called Night of the Creeps. I've never gone back and rewatched it, but I'm pretty sure it would be nowhere near as terrifying as I thought it was as a kid.
The scene in Pet Sematary where Zelda rushes to the door and it segues into the dead kid. Maybe the single creepiest scene in cinema. I don't know what it is, the 80's seemed to be a golden age for horror.

When I was about 6 I went to see Count Yorga:Vampire.
My bedroom was in the basement. That night I got so scared I made a mad dash for my parents room.
My Mom wasn't in there. That scared me.But my Dad told me that my Mom had to sleep with my Sister because she was scared.
I read The Exorcist when I was 13.It freaked me out.

"The Ring" Frick that movie, I was like 10 when I saw it and it scarred the hell outta me. My 6 year old little sister could just sit there and laugh at it, she also loved jaws when she was young and is obsessed with sharks to this day, but she was scarred of some scenes in Scooby Doo, makes no sense to me.

The STD movies of the 40's and 50's
Not the mainstream ones but the ones showing what had to be some of the worst cases of the clap and set you off your lunch. Do they even show these type films anymore?
