I don't see how this is a bad thing. Teen pregnancies and STDs are down among millenials.

I suppose that's a very positive result of it, yes.

Testosterone is still in them. If anything, it's probably millenial girls not being a buncha skallywags.

WIth the way girls dress nowadays compared to the Gen X days, I would find that hard to believe.

Testosterone levels have actually been falling since the 80's. I blame peoples' choice for fast food and garbage processed foods the most.

that's fair

I was just at lollapalooza in Chicago over the weekend and there were many young'ns runnin' around with their asses out.

The amount of HS kids on molly and shite was disturbing too. We just drank beer and some kids smoked pot when I was in HS. Nowadays they are fricking around with legitimately hard drugs. One would think this would mean more sex.

I don't think these folks are among the 15% cited in the study

Well, we live in a society in which waking up and regretting a night of consensual sex is now considered rape. If that's the case, I was raped a couple times when I was in college. I really regretted two or three nights the following morning. Just saying, I might be a little hesitant to hook up, too, if it carries a 7 year jail sentence.

Living in Mom's basement will do that.

When was young people having lots of extra-marital sex a sign of early maturity?

I didn't think anyone read your shitty Killz threads anymore? Isn't there an RA button for that or something?

You're probably right. My original thread only received 151 posts to your 28.

Less chance of teen pregnancy

Sounds like millennials know how to keep it in their pants, unlike their parents who, in general, set awful, awful examples.

My wife and I are terrified of getting pregnant right now so we are EXTREMELY careful.

Accidental pregnancies have more to do with being stupid than truly being an accident. I don't feel sorry for anyone that gets pregnant that didn't want to.

Edit: I'm 26 and been married over a year. We don't want kids until we're 28-30 and financially ready. Guess some of my generation shares my view

Right there with ya. Last week, she and I just turned 27 and 28, respectively. Been married 5 years.

Been super careful all this time about not having kids because we were not where we wanted to be financially and professionally in the USAF. Finally both out of the service and more settled with a home of our own and are finally going to start trying soon.

Just want to be smart so we can be the kind of parents we want to be.

This is partially due to the large increase in obesity among that age group. No one wants to get caught with a fatty.

There's PLENTY of fit women in college. Whether they stay that way is yet to be seen but the argument that there's too many fatties is not true. Look at pretty much ANY sorority... they're not fat.

If anything it's the 35-50 year olds that are fat as frick. Not young people.
