get what you are saying but it's healthy to eat fruit instead of the chips or the snickers bar that my kids would certainly choose. I just dropped 30 bucks on fruit for my children to snack on and I am limiting them to when unhealthy snack per week. I know I need to do more but it's a start.

I didn't mean to make you feel bad. Good on you doing right for your kids. Kids are a different story, you can't control everything they eat so if you try to push too much healthy stuff they will just starve until they can go to school and eat the friends Doritos that they crave. I admire you for trying.

What gets me are full grown adults who turn their noses up at my green juices. I mean, part of being an adult is forcing yourself to do things you don't like for the betterment of yourself. Yeah my green juices can taste nasty but they are easy to chug and I will feel better than you will tomorrow after you drink that pint of "diet" coke. (Proverbial you)

Why force yourself to drink something nasty? There are plenty of good, healthier stuff out there...you just have to try a whole bunch of things until you find the right thing.

I can cure your acid reflux for you

Trust someone that ate a bottle of tums and box of Pepcid AC for a decade

1. Don't drink more than 1 soda a day ever
2. Don't eat within 2.5 hours of going to bed, and don't eat til your stuffed for dinner
3. No more than 1 cup of coffee a day

It will be gone, and if you don't whip it now, the cells that line your lower esophagus will eventually turn cancerous down the road. so do what I say cause I like you

Awwww I like you too Sarge.

Does Topo Chico count as a soda? Because otherwise I can hang with the rest. The last month I have been moving from coffee to green tea anyway.

Mangos are good. I like pomegranates most, but they're a lot of work.

Watermelon, cherries, grapes, bananas, apples, and tangerines.

I do miss a good kumquat.

Which fruits do you enjoy the most

All of them.

There is always an assortment of fruit at my house. It's a perfect snack anytime.

I do find myself eating grapes more often than not as they are easily carried in a container and don't require any prep work.
