She is a defense attorney's dream. She would last approximately 30 seconds under cross examination.

She alleges she was drugged, yet no toxicology report. No witnesses. Nothing.

She was incapacitated, yet recalls in detail being in a cab with 3 other persons (and the fact it was a cab and not just a personal vehicle.) She recalls details about the apartment, including the door wouldn't completely close. She also remembers the violent actions of the suspect. Yet, she was too incapacitated to say, "No"???

Then, the violent rapist volunteers to give her a ride home on her scooter? And she was so terrified of him she accepts?

And, everyone is banging on theTPD detective for covering up the rape because a football player was involved immediately after his interview with this chick on the night of the alleged rape. YET, SHE EVEN STATES IN THIS INTERVIEW SHE DID NOT DISCOVER THE IDENTITY OF HER ATTACKER UNTIL WEEKS LATER. What was the detective's motive to put his professional reputation on the line, again?

She's full of more shite than a Christmas goose.

I just don't buy this chick's story after I've seen it change multiple times.

How have you seen it changed? This is the first time she's told the whole story.

And the person at the center of this coverup is being actively courted by multiple football teams, with LSU leading the pack.

Coaches and Admins should be in jail right alongside Mr. Crableggs. What a cesspool of trash.

The one thing that has always stood out to me in this story is that she called a friend right away, and went to the hospital and reported a rape within hours. Called her parents. That is the behavior of someone who was actually assaulted, or believes she was assaulted - not of someone making up the story, or just out to be spiteful, That type of reporting usually doesn't happen until a day or two, or weeks, later when they realize they were used. Plus there was bruising, etc. that was consistent with an assault, or rough sex at the very least.

Is her story perfect? No. It's consistent with someone who was drunk or otherwise incapacitated (drugged) and can't remember all the details. Her behavior was also consistent with someone who was in shock.

Regardless, it was pretty clear that TPD screwed up royally from the start. Basically, the cop blew off the investigation - never got video from the bar, never did anything to check out the allegations. And several weeks later, when she found herself in class with JW and reported to the cop who her alleged rapist was, he discouraged her from pursuing the case and pretty much participated in the cover-up. By sitting on it for the next 10 months.

I'd say she has something on TPD at least. Unfortunately, at this point, it' he-said-she-said with JW and his buddies.

Meh... Not necessarily. I don't think when an incident is reported automatically correlates to an assault or not.

TPD released her statement to FSU and that went to Winston's lawyer before Winston ever had to testify. So by the time the other guys in the room submitted their testimony, they knew exactly what she had said. It was an awful handling of the case and there's no excuse for it.

And, yes, her story has some inconsistencies. But the only reason the football players' stories don't is because their lawyer crafted them to not have inconsistencies.
