They also insist that everyone hear their crappy music. It's like, " I'm getting gas, I'd better roll the windows down, leave a door open and turn up the volume." All you can really hear is the license plate rattling off.

I can think of 3 reasons why people drive very slow.
1. Cause they old.
2. Cause they high.
3. Cause they drive a TPOS.

I drive slower during highway jacks. Just FYI cause you might need to add an option 4.

I've noticed this myself. It's usually driving through a town and they pull out in front of you and slow down. Almost as though they are hoping you rear end them.
