everyone should be taking creatine imo. it helps you retain muscle, helps lubricate your joints, enhances brain function, and many other things
Like I said, I'm probably going to start taking it when I lose a little more fat. All that water weight isn't going to be good for me right now.

You don't bloat with water weight taking creatine anymore fwiw.

I've been taking creatine since I started losing weight last October when I was at 250. I'm still taking it while maintaining at 210-215 lbs

eta the old formula of creatine would cause bloating. It has since been reformulated

Belle dominated this thread. She's apparently the only one that had the slightest idea that this was BS.

Grier made some suggestions for me too. Since he has some time he gave me his program and supplement list.

Sadly. Not a trap. It's just harder to find than I expected.

Search, don't search, 'tis up to you my brick tossing friend.

It shouldn't take long for it to get to a site where it will be easily accessible.

I'm now told it should be tonight at the earliest and at the latest by Thursday morning.

It's being shopped for the most money as you would expect.

ETA: I wouldn't bother for now honestly. I just tried and came up empty. I had some details about where it was specifically being hosted. It doesn't have any tags yet so I don't think you'll find it. Just be patient.

Edit: I can't remember the quote you did.

I have this same sort of issue. I can't press any weight above my head or there's this squishy crunch in my shoulders and I have NO idea how this happened. I don't remember any kind of strain or strenuous activity. It doesn't normally hurt from day-to-day, but I can tell if I tried to do any more than a few reps, something would snap and it would be awful.
