Just paying off my house would do wonders. I'm a pretty content fellow. If I could pay off my house, set up a trust for my two kids, I'd just piddle around working when I want and where I want and I'd be happy.

I'll take the green button chance. $1 million isn't a complete life changer. It'll help for awhile but it isn't completely life sustainable in this day. Give me the 50% chance at $100 million.

Agree. Same as my thinking. As young as most of you are, you will make a million in your time. IF one of us wins 500Mil, we can all party.

Actually a hard choice cnb. I'll take the instant million and invest in drug laundering and turn in to more money.

I don't think I ever answered

I would choose the instant million and invest in something. My luck is not good enough to go for green. If I was more financially stable, then I would choose green.

Green for me every time. I'll take that chance for a game changer for a couple of generations over a 5 or so year one.

I took an Investments class in college that had a question very similar to this as the first question on the final exam. If you answered the equivalent of hitting the red button, you failed the exam. It's a very simple value question.
