Depends on what you mean by "better."
It is more emotionally fulfilling if it is with someone you love, knowing that you are doing everything you can to please them and they are doing everything they can to please you.
On the other hand, if you take the love and the relationship out of it, often times you open up the chances to explore things more. I think you are more likely to be open minded when there isn't a relationship or love there - you aren't going to be worried about "if I break out the handcuffs and leather strap, will they think differently of me and not want to be with me?"

Sex is awesome. Being with one person youll never actually know how good the sex you are getting is. Most girls are pretty much the same, but a few will rock your world. My best encounters have usually been hook ups actually. They are pretty much no holds barred and its pretty awesome sometimes. Stop letting religion screw with you. Get your dick wet.
