It's funny how awesome the Democratic Party thought Wikileaks was during the Bush Administration.

Her private server is almost exclusively the problem with all of this.

Non-standard record keeping would get you fricked at any military level.

CNN needs to state which law it violates before declaring something illegal.

That being said, I'm not going to view those sites. I'll let others do it for me and risk THEIR systems.

This is my area of expertise. It is not at all illegal to possess these Wikileaks emails, what is illegal is hacking the server to originally obtain them. There was a specific court case back in the early 2000s dealing with this. CNN guy doesn't even know the laws pertaining to his own profession.

They used to be. This election cycle they've shown themselves to be biased towards Clinton. After all they are owned by Time Warner which is one of the biggest contributors to Clinton's campaign.

If in anyway you could've had access to the information on WikiLeaks it's best that you stay off wikileaks.

Just remember what CNN always says at the end of every wikileaks rebuttal...

"None of these emails can be authenticated"

So they are left of Fox and right of MSNBC...

That does not make them impartial.

Fox is right. CNN is left. MSNBC is left left left.

That doesn't make CNN centrist. They are not.

Fox is more centrist than CNN.

Not only would it get you fricked, but it allowed her private censorship and a place to "wash" money moves and information.

A new estimate that looks reliable may prove it was around 55,000 emails in the server itself now. There's a document out today suggesting someone from her association attempted to declassify some of the documents in a last ditch before the deletion.

I really don't give a shite about that too much, even though I should, being in the Intel community.. My biggest gripe about her would be promising the banks backing big Pharma to be "more vigilant" in keeping pot illegal as long as the checks keep coming. That's a hell of a promise from someone who loves minorities. Especially since 85% of nonviolent drug incarcerations are for pot and 7 out of every 8 arrests are black..

She couldn't support the incarceration of black people more if she tried.

***Trump would do the exact same thing

I've seen people go down for way less than not properly archiving data. It's literally intel 101.

What bothers me the most is that she had the gall to talk about how bad our intelligence services were.

It is illegal to possess these documents.

According to WashPost

He is wrong in that the media has no special protections that we don't have (First Nat. Bank of Boston v. Bellotti)

He is also wrong in that this isn't categorized as tangible stolen property but illegally leaked materials which supposedly is a difference (Pearson v Dodd DC Circuit 1969)

It can't be claimed unclassified one day and later illegal to view, but that's what this party does..

Regardless, until it's verified and then labeled classified then those emails are a free for all.

I think this is less media censorship to protect Hillary and more Media trying to play up their importance

If there is one thing more important than pushing an agenda for the media, it is tooting their own horn
