They have taken multiple run of the mill marksmen and ex-military types up there and shown it takes no great skill to hit a slow moving target from there.

Besides, that is the one fact most don't dispute. Nearly everyone agrees AT LEAST one of the shots that hit Kennedy was fired from the sixth story.

Guys - in 1947 Richard Nixon short circuited a Congressiobal Investigation on a Mr. Jack Rubenstein's activities in Chicago.

Mr. Rubenstein then moved to Dallas.

Focusing on Oswald, or was Oswalt, or was Lee Harvey, or was it Lee Henry is a waste of time. It's like focusing on a knife after a stabbing, it was only an instrument of murder at best.

Kennedys secret service detail was parting at a Jack Ruby owned night club till 3am the dawn of the assassination.

The cover up of this thing is so bungeled it's the only reason it's still debated. Too much evidence vs not enough.

Who did Kennedy beat? Who did Johnson acquiesce to?

I mean, it's really not rocket science or even very difficult to figure out.

5,000+ helicopters were shot down in Vietnam. 50M Americans were flown commercial to and from Vietnam. That's a lot of money - more than enough to kill a President over.

It sounds nice until you realize it is based on minimal evidence and a lot of manufactured information to fill in the gaps.

That's what conspiracy theories are, pockets of reasonable plot holes that people fill in with conjecture.

Why did Jack Ruby Western Union telegram a call girl her rent money?

Easy he was communicating with his handlers.

Under sworn testimony it was revealed by Western Union employees that as least since 1959 Jack Ruby was a paid FBI informant who received $250 odd dollars a month via Western Union from the FBI.

J. Edgar's Hoover put out a directive the very day Jack Kennedy was assassinated to quote "pursue only the lone gun man theory."

Dude, you keep saying a bunch of horse shite. Why are you so invested into a lie? It makes no sense.

You clearly have either no idea what you are talking about or have a vested interest in perpetrating a lie.

In 1975 JFK's personal physician Dr. Burkley Medical Chief of Staff stated that JFK's murder was a conspiracy.

In the Parkland hospital doctors observed, exit wounds to the occipital-partial lobe and entrance wound right below his Adam's apple.

Under pressure from uniformed military generals in the operating room doctors were not allowed to track wounds to the throat and back to determine bullet trajectory.

JFK's body never received an autopsy, was never revues by an actual pathologist or medical coroner, and was illegally removed from the state of Texas.

Now, unless you're going to actually start addressing what I'm posting - I think we are done here.

In the above two posts, I count three things that are documented, objective facts. The rest are varying degrees of assumption, conjecture, exaggeration and outright falsehood. For instance, the claim that doctors observed wounds consistent with a second gunmen have been refuted by not one, not two, not three but four physicians who were at Parkland that day including a man who arguably ended up becoming the most respected trauma surgeon in history. The entire claim stems largely from incorrect media interpretations of medical language in the press conferences and reports, as well as nurses incorrectly cited as physicians who had no basis for their claims.

From what I linked earlier, a refutation of all the medically related "evidence":

LINK

Note, I am not accusing you of lying. I am saying some of what you posted are lies that you are mistakenly perpetuating believing them true.

This is just one example of how your "evidence", or most of it, isnt really evidence at all.

Will Fritz Dallas PD lead robbery homicide detective, again primary source of someone there in Dallas that day, in 1975 when the Zupruda film was first made public to the American people said that LBJ called him and told Fritz he had his man meaning Oswald.

RFK, one of the first things he did upon hearing of his brothers murder was to call Enrique Ruiz-Williams and tell him quote "one of his men killed the President."

Why was Oswald never charged with a crime? Where did the notes and tapes go from the Oswald interrogation? Why was Jack Ruby allowed inside the Dallas PD integration room to visit Oswald? Why was a Postal Investigator present at Oswalds interrogation? Why did the CIA cameras stop working mysteriously at both the Mexican & Russian embassies in Mexico City the three days Oswald was there?

Just go back to the Christ Church, New Zealand newspaper that would have had to have the assassination story before the murder was committed. You can't work around that.

LBJ says it was a conspiracy.
Dr Burkley says it was a conspiracy.
Will Fritz says he was pressured.

From: Richard Sprague

March 18, 1977William F. Illig, an attorney from Erie, Pa., contacted me in Philadelphia this date, advising me that he represents Dr. George G. Burkley, Vice Admiral, U.S. Navy retired, who had been the personal physician for presidents Kennedy and Johnson.Mr. Illig stated that he had a luncheon meeting with his client, Dr. Burkley, this date to take up some tax matters. Dr. Burkley advised him that although he, Burkley, had signed the death certificate of President Kennedy in Dallas, he had never been interviewed and that he has information in the Kennedy assassination indicating that others besides Oswald must have participated.Illig advised me that his client is a very quiet, unassuming person, not wanting any publicity whatsoever, but he, Illig, was calling me with his client’s consent and that his client would talk to me in Washington.

The rifle LHO used to miss the General at 100 feet hit the president at 250' going away at an angle. This gun had a cheap scope which was held to its base with 4 screws, two of which had to be replaced before the marine shooter could test the weapon and then had problems making the shots that hit JFK.
If LHO made those shots jfk was one unlucky sob.

This executive order basically usurped the power of the Federal Reserve.

And yet in 1976 the House Select Committee on Assassinations re-investigated, complete with 12 volumes of appendices, and found that it was probably a conspiracy.

This reason is the least talked about and may be strongest reason that supports a conspiracy to execute JFK by the Government (even though the Fed Reserve isn't a Federal institution).

This phrase needs explanation. When people use this phrase, oftentimes what they really mean is, those (elite) who control government.

It is those elite who control government, i.e. those with enough money and power to wield such authority, who cause problems by using this country, its military and its resources, to do their dirty work; consequently causing chaos around the rest of the world.

This is what must be stopped before any meaningful change can come to this country. Left unchecked for more than a century now, it's why history continues to repeat itself, and why nothing ever changes in this country - because our politicians/politics/government is owned and controlled by the same basic source.

The umbrella guy from the Zapruder film always baffled me. He either was in the wrong place at the wrong time or was giving a signal to LHO to shoot. I mean the guy literally opens up his umbrella on a sunny day just seconds before JFK got shot. What are the odds?

I actually visited the Texas Schoolbook Depository before the Oregon game in 2011 and I was amazed at how short the distance seemed from the 5th floor to the road where JFK was. Idk the pictures and film made everything in that area seem so spaced out to me. Standing near the window where Oswald shot him and looking at the X's in the road where JFK got shot was a very eerie feeling, and it really didn't seem like it would be THAT difficult of a shot to pull off honestly.

And only plausible theory I can see is that the Mob ran Havana casinos. Castroshut them down. Mob delivered Illinois and W Virginia to Kennedy to win the election.

In exchange Kennedy is supposed to deliver Cuba back. Doesn't support Bay of Pigs with air strikes, beach slaughter ensued.

Marcelo runs the operation from New Orleans to Miami, reporting to a New York family.

Oswald kills JFK. Ruby, who runs strip clubs in Dallas for Marcello, makes sure there is no testimony from Oswald.

Mob shows Hoover they are to be treated as an equal. JFK appointing Bobby to AG and letting him go after the Mob was the final straw.

At this point (and in the words of HRC) "what does it matter?". Seriously! Whether the mob or CIA or the Russians pulled the trigger is irrelevant; JFK was killed, the agenda continued & we're still feeding the monster. Is the Illuminati in charge? Bilderbergers? NWO? Masons? Skull & Bones? Who knows? Can we stop it? Sure but 95% of Americans are too friggin lazy or scared to do anything about it.

Back to JFK; IF someone other than LHO pulled the trigger then it stands to reason that our Gov't knew this and either covered it up or did it themselves; either way the Gov't is 100% guilty regardless of WHY. Will we ever know the truth? I don't believe so.

One of the funniest part of the conspiracy theories is how they think it'd be impossible for Lee Harvey Oswald to have accurately shot JFK firing that quickly, based on his Marine classification as a marksman or something. Sure, it was a good shot, but if you ever go to the grassy knoll you'll realize every second amendment loving American has made that shot at some point or another. The final shot was only 81m.

I have been there as well. I guess I relate it to deer hunting. From that distance, I would never shoot at a moving deer. Obviously a deer is probably moving faster than JFK's car was at the time, but it is still a difficult shot. Not impossible, but difficult. Add to that that a few months prior, Oswald missed a stationary target from closer range. It just doesn't make sense he was able to hit JFK 3 times from a farther distance, and with his target moving.
