Did you make the payment online? If so, most websites store the previously used card info for the next payment and all it takes is for her to login and click one little button to run that card next time. Most even have an option to automatically use that card/bank account on future billing cycles without prior authorization by simply checking a box online.
If you called it in and let them know that it was only a one time use, then you should be alright. We'll need more history between you and the female, as well as more detail on the conversation you had with her to make a moral judgement.
