Nah fam, I'm here. I should be getting some sleep soon but I've got to grade some work, take a shower and pretend to work.

What's your podcast title? Is it on Youtube? How much do you charge subscribers?

I don't think I'm even taking a shower tonight. I'm too tired. I'm drinking Pinot Noir and relaxing after moving furniture much larger than myself while the other half was at work. He loved it though, so I'm happy.

This is my progress tough.

All of the beer signs were in his grandfathers man cave before he passes. He was, pretty much, his hero.

The Alabama pics were gifts from his grandmother. She passed recently, but was amazing and pretty much raised him.

All of the glasses and such are just brewery glasses and souvenir shot glasses that we've accumulated.

That gun cabinet, yeah, I'm converting that into a liquor cabinet in the coming days. The guns are in a huge Remington gun safe in a closet.

I have to admit, that's a great setup that you've got going there. I've never drank alcohol in my entire life, but I've always been a fan of alcohol paraphernalia. I lived in Germany for five years while I was a kid and I regret, to this day, not having more souvenirs.

Also, forget the shower, who you tryin' to impress? (I'm also not so secretly considering this.)

This is not our forever home. We're, eventually, going to buy a house with a walk out basement. This is out first time home buyer starter home. When we buy that, we're building a bar with tap for kegs in the wall and shite.

Well, I wasn't trying to impress anyone. Just trying to give my other half a nice room to watch his shite in.

I feel it. That was some major furniture moving all by myself. The former setup was turrble.

I'm at Gold's gym mainly because it's super close to my apartment and has a basketball court

As long as I make myself lift before I play, I'm good. Tend to work out more when wifey's not around

People be testy during football season

Congrats to your 'skins on the dub. That was a helluva pass by KC to win it.

Dallas managed to lose in predictably clownish fashion, and the Texans got destroyed, so I'm clinging to A&M success at the moment

This is what makes me feel like a failure sometimes. Well, not like a failure, but not a real adult. Although rolling the dice has been pretty fun. I doubt I will ever own a house -- unless there's a revolution here and I can cash in on a little bit of a stratocratic possession change.

Whereat? I lived in Greece for a couple years as a teenager and got to visit GER a couple of times. Went to Oberammergau. Gorgeous country down there.

Tbird: Do you think most teams are struggling in the red zone now at the college level? I noted that you said it hit A&M -- I usually watch most of the other SEC games if I can -- and I've noticed that red zone productivity has been going down recently across the board. Maybe it's just subjective, what I'm watching and there's no change from last year or other years (significant change), but from what I've noticed, defenses are getting better at defending against touchdowns in the red zone. Seems a lot harder.

I lived in Mainz when I was very, very young (I lived there before I lived in the United States and was born in Seoul) then got to go back when I was 9 and we lived in Augsburg, Bavaria for three years.

No reason to feel like a failure. Don't know how old you are, but we're in our early 30's and this is the first house that has actually been ours. Even my myself have a graduate degree and him having his Juris Doctor.

I think that we were, honestly, having more fun before... when were were renting.

We've always lived in mid rises and such. Admittedly, I don't know shite about the market in Mexico.

Well, in general defenses tend to perform better with a shorter field. In TAMU's case, I think we're too stubborn in staying in the gun or pistol formation when our RB Tra Carson would be better suited running out of the I or a jumbo set in short yardage. He's just not built to juke, but he'll truck fools if you give him a chance. Frustrating to watch--have left points on the field doing that our last two games and it'll catch up with us if we don't change our MO.

In general, I think too many teams either throw fades or get too cute and/or predictable in the RZ. I watch a lot of football, but I'm not an expert enough to necessarily pick up on personnel scheme and formation variances. And I'm still guessing the right play for a lot of teams down inside the 10. That's NOT a good sign, IMO
