I've worked for two other international companies and I'm finding the companies themselves take on the personality traits of the countries they come from. Last international company was Japanese and they were real uptight. Had every single detail of every single job planned down to the second to make sure you spent every second working and the only down times was your breaks. And I worked for a Japanese company for 13 years when I graduated college. Never watched TV once.
