My hand is torn up. My button down is ruined, and I'm drunk. How do I always end up being the guy trying to take care of people that get too fricked up and why does it always bite me in the arse?

You talking about alcohol tolerance? Since you're Sammy, I assume so. There's no such thing as alcohol tolerance. You just learn your limits over time so it seems like you have more tolerance than you do.
