There are plenty of ahole cops that are just getting their little johnson sydrome massaged by the job. Plenty of good ones too, but plenty that are just shiteheads. I always show respect to the police but they don't always show respect back.

Truck drivers risk their lives daily to deliver us the useless shite we buy, where is their praise?

Anyway, my point is that these guys aren't doing this because they're really care about the people, they do it for a paycheck...which is fine, lets just call it what it is.

And someone else mentioned it, prisons are big business these days. Our prison system is broken, we are perpetuating lifetime criminals instead of rehabilitating them and people are getting filthy rich from it.

And when you personally know a majority of the officers in a county on a first name basis it is a lot easier to spot bad apples.

You are a stupid frick. Literally my least favorite type of person in the world are those that think our prison system only jails people that deserve it.

To get a life time sentence in prison you have to be a pretty serious criminal.

Rehabilitation cannot and will not exist once a person has been deemed unfit for society. They have already been passed on by society and proven they could not exist with outhers. Habitual offenders are in the same boat. You can't help a man or woman that doesn't want help. Are there people in prison that could be saved with the help of modern medicine and therapy...sure....I'm sure it would help. But once the crimes are committed you can't just throw them back on the street and say well this 2 time murderer of her children is safe for society now that we think she is ok mentally after her post pardom depression episode ended 2 lives. That's all just hypothetical but the prison system was created to make our life safer although it's more of an in and out burger type of system where no one is rehabilitated but lots of prison systems are now trying to help rehabilitate which may or may not help. I don't think anyone who goes to prison gets out and thinks...I can't wait to relapse.

Good for you, Do you feel better now.

Again, you don't end up in prison for being a saint. Stop being a frickhead and a pain on society and you won't end up in prison.

Are there a small amount of cases where someone was legitimately wronged that ended up doing prison time or even put on death row.....absolutely. In 99.9pct of cases...your arse earned it.

By thousands, you mean 27? Two of those were for prohibition and to end prohibition.

And you completely missed the point. The constitution is not an untouchable holy grail. It's only a current modern guideline.

That may be possible if you live in a tiny unpopulated county.

By that you mean it's the document we base our entire system of government on. The document that we have a whole branch of government to determine the constitutionality of every law passed. That constitution?

The thing that contains the Bill of Rights (which by the way, the 4th amendment is part of) which functions to assure all citizens certain fundamental rights?

Kick Floyd the frick out. Can't stand people that actually think it our prison system is ONLY full of people that "deserve it".

Nevermind the worlds highest incarceration rate and the private prison lobbiests that help get as many laws on the books that lock people up to line their pockets.

Go ahead and list all these laws the lobbyist have put on the books with the sole intention of placing people in prison unjustly.

Please, you know so much about this...educate me.

Again, probably cause is a gray area. If they ask you questions and you look nervous ....what do you think he should do? Again....You are guaranteed nothing by the constitution as you see daily with the 1000 of amendments to it.

Yep. Look at the incarceration rates in other first world countries. No comparison. This country is fricked up beyond belief when it comes to incarcerating people.
