Did you read the article or just like typing in caps? There are funds that filter for certain beliefs.

There's roughly 3 or so for situations like this.

401 (k) plans are directed and invested by employees, not by employers. It’s the Hobby Lobby employees that would be disenfranchised by the twisted logic employed by Redden and Ungar here (in the link you posted). They are the ones–not their bosses–who choose which mutual funds to invest in. This is true both of the employee’s elective deferral and the employer’s match.
The menu of choices is primarily provided not by the Hobby Lobby employers, but by the 401(k) plan administrator, who helps select a wide menu of mutual fund (and, increasingly, exchange traded fund) choices so that the fiduciary obligations of the plan are met.
401(k) plans don’t invest in company stock–they invest in mutual funds. A mutual fund, to state the obvious, is an investment company which invests assets in actual stocks. When you buy a share of a mutual fund, you are buying a very small indirect ownership of hundreds or even thousands of stocks. The most common 401(k) plan mutual funds are index funds, which invest the fund shareholder in the entire stock market (or close to it) in one fell swoop.
Not to mention the fact that specialized funds like the "Timothy Fund" carry extra fees, which the employee would have to pay.
Why do you hate the poor Hobby Lobby employees so much?

Funny. I haven't heard a single employee if hobby lobby complaining.
They are probably too busy enjoying 2x minimum wage and Sundays off to give a crap.

They may be, but not because of their retirement plans.
And ONCE AGAIN, what is preventing Hobby Lobby employees from getting birth control? Aside from the Morning After Pill and IUD, both of which can be purchased by the employee with their own money, all types of birth control pills are covered by Hobby Lobby's health insurance plan.

Using that same argument, the choice to use certain birth control measures are at the direction of the employee and her doctor.

Is Hobby Lobby threatening to fire employees if they purchase a certain form of birth control not covered by their insurance?

There are some fricking retarded people posting on that page.
Why hasn't the media brought up the "War on Men"? Govt won't buy me birth control. frick those people. I think a majority of the left thinks Hobby Lobby has obtained a national ban on birth control. They have no idea what they're talking about.
Yeah, getting pretty tired of this bullshite.

I don't give a shite about the rest of this thread but I do want you to prove to be that they spend 14.50 for a non mgmt employee per hour. Prove to me with tangible facts that a starting cashier in a midsize town makes more than most recent collage graduates.
I think you're a fricking liar. Also I don't want some christian news article. I want a real news article.

Now I'm interested in their full time to part time employee ratio. I betcha one significantly outweighs another.

You mean like every other retail operation in the US? I refuse to believe it. I'll need a non-atheist source though.

The stupid in this thread truly is sad.
I haven't seen anyone on this board trying to shove religion down anyones throat. Quiet the opposite actually.

I'm not. I've finally accepted that the majority of this country is too self absorbed and plain stupid and has a lack of any common sense. Stressing over them, accomplishes nothing. Best to simply shake your head and take advantage of them when you can.
