The co-pilot could have changed the auto-pilot from 38,000 to 5,000. the plane went in a controled decent with no increase in speed. The Alps are higher than 5,000 feet.
BHP would know more about this.

Well... He looks to be white. And he wasn't known to have any terrorism links. I'm thinking this guy was mentally ill. Mental illness makes some people do some crazy shite.

Don't take it personally. Just because you are gay does not mean you are fricked-up in the head. I have nothing against you people. I'm just trying to bring light to a trend towards gay terrorism lately.

not that you're fricked-up in the head mind you - far from it.

Okay, I am here to prove my case - so listen-up troops.

I'm watching Italian TV (because I speak Italian best) and French TV (because I speak it a little bit) and Sky TV ... usually a good source for European news.

Here's what is just now breaking.

This German pilot ... he's fricking gay. His friends say he was having problems - and this led to his suspension from flight training for three months. Then, just a couple of weeks ago, he was arrested for criminal sexual misconduct ... he exposed himself to a young person.

Additionally they are reporting in France and Italy that he had just returned from a trip to the U.S., San Francisco, where his friends claim he "fell in love with" and wanted to move there where he could finally be free from sexual guilt. He did not do well with girls and French TV is reporting he exposed himself to a young male while Italian TV is saying it was a young female ... and just days ago he was told by Lufthansa that he was going to be fired for this .... yet they still let him fly.

But back to this gay terrorism thing.

Edward Snowden ... gay.

Bradly Manning ... gay. Plus Obama just paid for him to have a sex change. lulz ... he's now Chelsea Elizabeth Manning in honor of the Clintons.

All of us should be ... we should be afraid. We should be very afraid.

Oh I know ro bro ... we're on the same page.

The retort was for the gay guy I responded to first in the post. I didn't want him to think that I was picking on him because of his sexuality or anything ... or saying all gays are gay terrorists. I was just pointing-out this disturbing recent trend with regard to gay terrorism. This is how it started with the Muslims.

Doors auto-lock. There is a key-pad with code on the outside. Flight deck has an over-ride that disables that keypad. Also, most have a manual deadbolt (on the flight deck side, obviously), too.
While you seem trustworthy, I'm going to have to wait for BlackPlanePilot to verify.

He's right tho yo .... the only thing he omitted is the fact that the door is practically impenetrable once engaged and the dead bolt(s) are thrown ... like a safe.

The door is even bullet proof and can withstand blasts from hand grenades.

What we are looking at here, beyond the gay terrorism thing ... are the unintended consequences of making the cockpit so secure in the event of a hostile takeover by passengers.

In the U.S. we require that there be two pilots/persons on the flight deck at all times .... one of them can be a navigator or, I've heard, once can even be a flight attendant on the smaller birds.

That is not the case in Europe ... although it will be as of immediately.

Wtf are you taking about? I've never read anywhere that Snowden was gay. Manning was obviously as queer as a football bat, but releasing that info on soldiers doing immoral things took a lot of balls (balls that he doesn't want).

Thigh your gay theory has some merit. Karl Rove seems like the most evil bastard in this country, and there's no doubt he wanted to gobble W's knob. Do you might be on to something.

Are you sure Muslim extremists didn't begin with us giving Palestine to the Jews, and then supporting the Saudi Royal family, who practiced Wahabism, and used their newly found oil wealth to stores their belief system throughout the region?

As the Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928, probably not.

Haven't you noticed that every thread Scrooster is in turns gay, I mean funny. If it's not Mizzourites, then it's Muslims. Gay terrorists are new. Dude must be branching out.
