Sup homeslice?
Spent the week in Houston. Got back home this afternoon and there was a bunk bed and king size bed frame waiting on my front porch to be assembled by myself.
Started at 3 and finished at 9. Now my back is about to enjoy our new tempurpedic I bought a week ago and haven't slept in yet.

It's a shell of a shell of itself, but it still makes an appearance every now and then. I'm probably gonna head to bed soon, though.

It's good to see it going again, even if it's just a rarity at this point. Old time's sake and such. Typing this reminds me of a Warren Zevon song I got hooked on watching Californication.

I feel you. This is the first time I've taken time from school since the summer after my senior year of high school four years ago. Between helping my parents get a place cleared for a building in the backyard, getting my grandparent's old place ready for an estate sale, and working on refurbishing our old farm house I've managed to stay busy. Hell if anything it's been cathartic working with my hands and not just academic bull shite.
