Meanwhile, taking too much acetaminophen can damage your liver.

True that. It can damage to the point of death. There is nothing a doctor can do for an acetaminophen overdose. Yes you can overdose, and it will kill you.

You're taking addy for pain?

You on xanax as well?

No and No.

On adderall because of ADHD. My grades this year were a lot better since I started it again...until my son was born.

I've also lost 60 lbs, so far. Which has helped with the pain as well. It's a lot easier not carrying 317 around. I'm built like a tank, and have the strength to carry the weight without looking sloppy. But it kills the joints.

Never been on xanax, no mental health issues beyond the adhd.

Addy in some ways has a similar, though much lighter, pain relief effect as Norco for me.

However, I'm a little backwards. Norco is an upper, percocet somewhat as well, but Addy is a downer.

Tramadol is a downer as well, but I need a crapton for it to work.

Also, be careful with the Tramadol and Adderall. High doses of Tramadol (400+ mg) can induce seizures. Combined with Adderall (which lowers seizure threshold), and it increases the possibility even more.

Yeah, thanks for looking out. I appreciate it, sincerely.

I've kind of figured out my tolerance level. I've take around 2000mg in 24 hours occasionally, and have had no hint of siezure.

Any advice on pain relief and sleep? I have a bad hip, bad shoulder, and joint nerve pain that is excruciating (when I'm withdrawing from Opiates). I need to do something else. All of this acetaminophen is wrecking my body.

I was in your shoes about 10 years ago. I was taking about 40mg of hydracodone and it wasn't working. But then I started taking neurontin (gabapentin). Within 2 weeks the pain was down dramatically and I was off hydracodone completely. Oddly enough it's one side effect is to make you groggy so maybe it can help you sleep. You should ask your doctor to see if it will help you. Good luck.

Though I doubt you'll find any 100% pure sativa strains anymore, they've been breed to extinction, or if they exist, are probably low in potency.

Naw man they are alive and well... you may be confusing pure landrace sativas as being semi extinct. That is moar correct. But you are pretty right on about 60/40 being a nice sweet spot. A lot of the diesels, og's and what not hit that range. Most of what I work with has been knocked up by a ridiculous SSSDH male (super silver sour d haze) to bring flowering down to 13-14 weeks. I like my trichomes 75% amber, unlike my steak I like my ganja well done.
Anywho cctider I'd love to burn one with you while discussing bama football. You seem to know both pretty well

I could definitely see using some sort of concentrates for severe pain relief. I believe that's the most commonly used reason for needing medical marijuana in Colorado. It's non toxic, though it won't help with the weight if you're not careful about what you eat.

Yeah, on it. Thought I mentioned that. Neurontin is almost strictly for nerve pain. I have it for when I go through withdrawals at night. We naturally produce an extremely minor opiate that helps regulate minor pains we wouldn't normally notice, such as types of nerve pain. Outside opiates stop production on that, and when they've removed the body takes time to start it over again.

It helps a smidge, and only a smidge. I'm at around 1500mg, roughly an hour before bed, for it to help even a tiny bit.

Sometimes I wonder how much of the nerve issue is withdrawals or genetics. My grandfather, and my dad (his son), both have ever pretty major nerve issues.
