Thanks MasCervezas, lol, just having a lil fun here. I for one think that Brown should have been arrested for his actions, not shot multiple times and killed. The shooting is not what i question, the use of Deadly Force is the question.

You can shoot someone without using deadly force. Especially if the person is at a distance away from you and they are UNARMED. Now if the suspect is armed then all is fair. But Armed against Unarmed at a DISTANCE, to me is not justifiable. JMO

gatorrocks-Evidence points to Brown being AWAY from Wilson, By wilson own accounts he PURSUED, could he have used other FORCE INSTEAD of DEADLY FORCE is the question. Let's see, Wilson is the TRAINED officer, he viewed Brown as a DEMON, which is IN THE grand jury report. He viewed Brown as a HULK, who just ran thru multiple shootings. He said Brown tossed him around like he was a 5 year old. And we just will ignore the FACT that Officer Wilson was part of a racist police department that was DISBANDED by the Federal Govt. BEFORE he joined the Ferguson Police Department.

Another self loathing college kid trying to be relevant and latch on to a phony struggle.

I bet you don't give one sh1t about the epidemic of black on white crime that has been going on for decades because you feel we "deserve" it.

Only pathetic dbags argue that is now racist for criminals to actually suffer for their criminal behavior.

DivePlay-Nothing I stated was racist, I stated facts in my comment to gatorrocks, is Officer Wilson a trained Officer? Was he part of a police department that was disbanded by the federal govt for racist acts or civil rights violations? The grand jury report is open for ALL to see. Wilson in his OWN statement said that Brown looked like a demon to him, and that he felt like a 5 year old being tossed around by the hulk. What in that statement is racist.

People like you perpetuate this mindset of when someone of color ask for justice, that it's all about race. You think just because someone has on a badge or shield that they are above the law. Well let me educate you on life, there are bad people IN uniform and out of uniform, on every nook and cranny of the earth. And just because he is an officer of the law doesn't mean he shouldn't be held accountable for his actions. And that action is the use of DEADLY FORCE.

I don't give a damn if he is white or black, if a black officer did the same I would be just as adamant about him using deadly force against an unarmed person. so get the frick out of here with that bullshite.

What I do give a shite about is justice for all, and no one is ABOVE THE LAW, not even people that suppose to uphold the law and are trained to uphold the law. Hell even Charles fricking Mansion got his day in court, so why shouldn't Michael Brown have his day in court?????

Where is all the support and sympathy for the minority convenience store clerk that Brown rough up after stealing form the store? Brown’s actions in this video is a shining example of the entitlement mentality prevalent in the United States today and it’s perpetrated daily by many of our elected, divisive, officials. Those sorry bastards aren’t interested in fixing anything because if things are “fixed” there is no need for them.

They constantly pit one group against the other; black vs. white, illegal immigrants vs. legal immigrants, rich vs. poor, male vs. female, homosexual vs. heterosexual, and on and on and on. In fact, I believe that there are some in our government that want nothing more than to make the United States another third-world country because in their mind it’s not fair that the United States be a wealthy and prosperous as it is. But you won’t find them lowering their standard of living. Al Gore anybody?

Additionally, our victim mindset is always looking for ways to excuse bad behavior so nobody is held accountable for their actions. It’s always somebody else’s fault, not the perpetrator. Well, regardless of what is being crammed down our throats there are consequences to our words and actions but some just don’t understand that.

This is such a crock....blacks automatically think an unarmed 18 yr old shot by police was racially motivated...without knowing ANY facts.

Fact 1: Browns DNA was found on Wilson pistol, which means he indeed touched the gun and was trying to take it away....don't know about any of you folks....but if you don't wanna get shot...don't grab a policemans gun.

Fact 2: eyewitness accounts dispute that Brown was holding his hand up when shot outside the police vehicle.....and that hew indeed was moving TOWARDS officer Wilson when shot outside the car....AND the DNA and bloodsplatter evidence CONFIRMS that Brown was moving towards officer Wilson when being shot outside the car.

But, hey lets not let facts get in the way of racial strife. This Brown kid was about 6'3 and 290 lbs BTW...but no one prints that as a header in a news story cause the media wants you to read/listen/watch the news so they can sell soap.

If a 6'3 290 lb kid is coming at me after trying to take my gun away....he gone....black white yellow or whatever.

DBU-Care to explain yourself? And your knowledge of the law. Anytime, you fire your weapon in a law enforcement capacity you will be investigated. That is policy. Anytime you use DEADLY FORCE, whether right or wrong, an internal investigation is done.

The use of deadly force is at the discretion of the officer/officers involved. And just because an officer uses deadly force doesn't mean it is justifiable. Since you claim to know the law you should know that.

Now that the Grand Jury decided not to indict the officer involved, the criminal aspect is over for him. But the same officer can be charged with a violation of Michael Brown civil rights and be held accountable for that. THAT IS THE LAW. So if there is anything ignorant in that statement please enlighten me.

He waved his civil rights goodbye when he tried to wrestle Wilson's pistol away. If you're in Wilson's shoes that is a direct attempt on your life from a kid with a record as long as Santa's wish list.
