Sorry about your situation.

When I was a kid, I watched my brother die in the middle of a soybean field after a horrible 4 wheeler wreck.

I'm 36, I still see his face 5 out of 7 nights when I lay down to sleep.

Thanks man.

As I've gotten older I think that my brother's death has served me well. It taught me, at 8 years old, that life is finite....That it can be snatched from you in a moments notice. From the day it happened until now, I've always thought it was my last...and I'm ok with that.

I have nothing left to do here except grow old. I finished my bucket list 15 years ago.

Sorry KOM. I've seen more than one person go but have been fortunate they've all been older and it was just time for them to go. I can't relate to a brother or child going too soon in my eyes. I'm sorry you had to experience that.

When I was 11, my mom and I were coming home from picking up dinner. We came upon a car wreck. It was my father. He died at the scene. 29 years later, I still cry over it sometimes.

Sorry for everyones losses and pain!
