I've seen video of sniper kills with 50 cal sniper rifles. At distance, you are talking pink mist...head gone.
With anti aircraft fire at close range... nothing left from waste up probably. In any case, it would certainly be quick.

Dear Supreme Leader was watching old Dennis Rodman tapes. DSL then begins watching newer games. He starts to drink, because he never got to play pro ball, even though he tells his country he is #1. He continues to watch and comes across a Kobe Bryant highlight video. He is belligerent at this point and makes his high command goon squad start doing Kobe Bryant celebrations to boost morale. He moves the party outside on his patio and continues drinking. He is so drunk at this point that he stumbles over to an AA gun truck set up outside the residence. He sees his goon squad still doing Kobe celebrations, and fires at them. The celebration, you ask?
It's all just a big misunderstanding.

Forgive me if I am not sure how that makes sense. Did they charge the man's family for the round? I believed the USSR would send bills to the relatives of executed prisoners to repay for the ammo/rounds used.
