The guy was old. The murder was probably unintentional, but since it was committed during a robbery, it's a capital crime.
Anyone make it to the vigil? My wife really wants to go. The #blacklivesmatter folks are getting up another protest for Friday. Maybe we can get them to the vigil instead?

According to Fox 6, it looks like the BPD is having a tough time finding leads. That kind of backs up what your saying. It was probably some guy thinking he could get some money by roughing up a pizza guy. Probably didn't intend to kill him.

I wish I could make the vigil but will be out of town for Christmas. If those Black Lives Matter actually believed in the crap they spew, they would be there too.

Yeah. Thankfully he didn't go to school with my kids. My daughter did kinda know the kid. Seems he worked for a while at the Little Ceasar's in Cahaba Heights. Damn shame that the kid's life is over now.
