I do tip 10-20% depending on bill and whether or not I went in to pick up, or they brought to my car.

At places like Pappadeaux's I have, but they throw in extra bread and stuff and give me tons of extra sauces, and I've tipped more than a couple bucks. Maybe like $5 on a $60 order? A carry out place like a pizza place or chicken wings or something, I don't think I ever have. I'm not sure what the rule of thumb is, but I've never felt guilty for not tipping when that's what I decided to do.

If I feel like I get service like asking about sauces, checking the order, smiling like they care, then I usually tip a couple dollars.
