We have Crocodile and Alligator parks, we contain them pretty well.

More than likely yes. Man can not help himself in trying to play God. PETA will prob be the biggest supporters, I will excitedly look forward to the youtube videos of idiots getting eating while trying to pet/play with reptiles thinking they have emotions like dogs or cats. ** hint they don't.

I bet a Vegie-saur would taste amazing. Like a big arse grass fed cow.

I'd only eat them if they were non-GMO, though.

And if an alligator escapes, then we just have an alligator in the wild. Which is totally normal.

I don't think I will see Jurassic park but I think we will start getting some recently extinct animals back fairly soon.
