If you like founders all day ipa, try to find Terrapin Recreation Ale. It is everything Founders All Day wants to be.

Bell's Hopslam is awesome if aged... Problem is that it has become so popular that they cant make the distributors to sit on the kegs long enough.

By all means, if you like to drink cat piss, have some Bell's Hopslam at 4 weeks old.

They were at another location before their current one. They actual sold their old brewery to another local beer.

If you haven't been to the Nola brewery/tap room I highly suggest it.

I figure they would take a while to get here. I can live with the local beer.

Picked up a pack of terrapin golden ale today

I'm kinda curious, I know they've been in the industrial section since Ghost batch 3 since that is when I started going.

I liked the old set-up, you could bring dogs and was more of a pub feel to it.

Courtyard, Second Line are great options in Nola now as well.

we took the tour at parish our first time. I think they said it was bayou teche that has their old place.

I only got to see the new Nola tap room. The food in it was damn good.

I saw second line on a friends Facebook the other day.

Need to try more Great Raft stuff. It's all been good but haven't had much of a chance to explore their lineup.

If Great Raft is "local", I've got to say Southern Prohibition is too.

You also have Urban South in Nola now as well... McClure's makes over a million a year in the Nola taproom that they shut down their brick and mortar location in New Orleans.

Opus Vert should be released again in a couple of weeks, Reve by Parish is one of the best coffee stouts you will find as well.

I love Terrapin as much as anybody, but they can't compete with Founders, and All day is much better than rec ale.

This doesn't make any sense. Hopslam is a lot better when it's fresh, as is nearly every single IPA out there.
