Highlights for the kiddo and Recoil for me (If you like gun stuff, I highly recommend Recoil. It's like Maxim mixed with Guns & Ammo).
We also ad a free subscription to Entertainment Weekly and it was ok, as it let us know about new shows/movies we wouldn't have known about since we don't get to watch as much TV since my son was born. They started getting political a few months back with liberal bullshite and I called and cancelled our free subscription. The girl who was on the phone was really confused as to why we didn't want something we were getting for free, and actually argued with me for ten minutes until she finally cancelled it.

I used to subscribe to half a dozen for decades, but now none, the internet of course. But if I had three to choose from they would be Nat'l Geo., Time, and Consumers Report. National Geographic in particular is timeless, it's the one mag. you save, still browse through issues dating back to early 70's

I used to like the pictures in National Geographic.
