I've scratched the surface but I got scared away.. It didn't take much and aborted the cause lol. I was just wondering if anyone braver than me had any stories that's not CP related.

Just have to know where to look.
Download TOR and check reddit on where to get your foot in the door. It's interesting. It's all about the content of what you wish to find.
There's a lot of weird shite on there. Torture sites, kid porn, drugs, weapons, classified information not leaked to the public, forums for anything that you can think of. It's something along the lines of the black market with a huge information dump to boot.

Saw an odd post on there once. It was for a bunch of CP pix and some free sub sandwich coupons. I chose not to take the offer, subs have a lot of hidden calories. Instead i bought a wiki weapon and a bunch of clorox and latex gloves/footies.

Probably worth noting that there is a difference between the two:
Deep Web is MASSIVE. Consists of random files and data, all the stuff locked away behind paywalls and logins, etc. Mostly harmless stuff that is buried beneath the superficial stuff that you can access via Firefox and Google.
Dark Web is what you hear stories about. It makes up maybe 5% of the Deep Web but there is indeed some shite that is likely best left buried. Mostly hidden via very precise tor addresses; almost impossible to just stumble upon dark web sites.

Group of friends and I had some beers and decided to check it out. Somehow ended up on Mexican drug cartel execution videos.
I made it through one video. The sight was bad enough but the sound will probably stick with me forever. The dude trying to breathe through the giant gash in his throat...awful.
And yes, everything you hear about being there IS there.

No doubt... I'm a grown arse man and what little bit I did watch terrified me. It's crazy how the underground world is. The scariest thing I saw was "the Red Room" type shite. Humankind is on a downward spiral, that's the sad truth.
