The worst part about a paleo diet is hearing people talk about their paleo diet.

I try to do my whole body every day but today I'm thinking of focusing on core, maybe throwing some legs in.

I have a combatives/jiujitsu class to teach right after I workout, though, so that should be fun.

I can't wait to get back in the gym. I had shoulder surgery I. June and have been sitting at home like a dirt bag until my doctor says I can go back.

do core just about every day even if it's just planks and a few goes at the abcoaster. i just have a pesky spare tire that has not disappeared no matter how much weight i've lost so i'm sticking to it

was main reason I started hitting the gym, tween the ab machine and a lot of cardio (mainly mile fast walking and running), it's nearly gone. Soon I'll be sporting a 2 pack.

That's my hardest thing. I don't mind working out. I don't mind eating clean. I don't mind just anything.

But dammit, I want ice cream, Taco Bell, cookies, and a cheeseburger more.

When you get to my age you probably will gives just as many fricks about eating healthy as I do. Yeah I'm a bit over weight but that's more tied up in the fact I spend most of the day In a truck seat or office chair. It is what it is

You're probably right my health lifestyle is mostly motivated by tempting Mrs. T to let me get in her pants as often as possible before kiddos happen. I'm shallow

that is why you go with a 75 to 80 percent good clean eating. we left wednesday night, friday night and one breakfast for eating whatever. I still will probably have something reasonably healthy on friday

I need to start swimming again. Since I got diagnosed with asthma, trying to do any walking/jogging out in the cold has been damn near impossible.

That and need to get back to cutting out sugars and processed foods.

Hbt I generally eat pretty good (not as good as I really should) but when I work out of town like I have been since July it all just goes to shite. I eat what I can when I can.
