Sometimes you need to go into a neighbor's yard if you don't have any targets to shoot at in the yard you're called to. I completely understand.

Seriously, who thinks yellow labs are a threat? Asdie from rolling in crap and licking you to death, I have never met a yellow lab I considered a threat.

That cop and all those cops there are big time pieces of shite! Cops have the perfect excuse in killing someone and not being held responsible for it. If a cop feels threatened, then he/she can kill whatever it is that is threatening them. Cops have killed people locked up handcuffs and killed dogs on leashes or in their own yard, yet they get a paid vacation most of the time for their heroic actions.
I saw a video looking up self defense stuff, basically shooting a robber in the chest to kill vs shooting them in the leg to just neutralize them. Well he was saying that if you feel threatened and shoot someone, then you should always shoot to kill. The reasoning was that if you shoot someone in the leg to just neutralize them, then you weren't really 'threatened'. A person truly fearing for their life would shoot to kill and not immobilize them (by leg shot/etc). Can't remember who the guy was, but I think a cop or maybe a lawyer, IDK but he sounded legit.
So yeah it seems like cops shot to kill, and use the 'threatening' thing as an excuse for situations like these. The police department needs to quit protecting these sick rogue cops. How many more innocent animals and humans need to die or get injured before the proper changes are made?

I hope the family get that little girl a yellow lab puppy quickly. She's scarred for life but they can minimize the trauma by giving her another puppy. I hope that cop has nightmares about what he did.

One of the Muzzi's is running for some political office in Sunflower county I saw the sign on the side of the highway. They also have had a ton of kids go to North Sunflower Academy...big family, lots of farmland and money. A lot of people hate them because they are the type who think they run and own everything

Just to clarify. A gun is considered lethal force. You don't draw it to wound. There are plenty of less than lethal options. Taser, oc spray, etc... Also, trust me, that spray will make you wish you'd been shot.
Not to mention, center mass shots are taught because they're idiot proof.

He will be. People around here will make sure of that, trust me. You don't shoot a man's dog in cold blood here, might as well shoot his own son. I'd be shocked if that cop doesn't get his arse beat while off duty at some point for this
