The whole premise of a city trying to ban Uber is like the electricity company charging people who use solar.

Just pissy that somebody is getting a piece of the pie and using the gubment as the enforcer since you can't do a better job for a better price.

Used Uber twice in Columbia and it's the tits. The last time I called a cab, the driver showed up covered in blood after getting cut with a knife by another cabbie over a customer. I felt like driving home buzzed was the safer option and declined the ride.

The two guys from uber were awesome and they drove clean, newer cars. Uber is awesome, cabs suck a donkey dick. End of story.
