Little Rock has many fine restaurants. Few of them are downtown, though.
LR is the center of a bigger metro. The suburbs aren't really all that comparable, IMO.
Little Rock has more and bigger burbs, by far.
But yeah, the cities are at least in the same tier.

Whats wrong with wealthy suburbs? There is a reason why people pay more to live in those areas..

It's more expensive to live in town here in ATL. Same in several other cities.
