Serious question: are there any hilly regions of Mississippi? I've only traveled up and down 55 to get to and from New Orleans, as well as along the gulf coast.

I listed where I usually go, so at least one. It's not the Ozarks, but it's not flat either.

What other reason would I venture into that territory than to visit the gulf coast or perhaps Oxford?

Its an awesome state

Why would I go to Missouri except to go to KC or STL (which both suck actually)?

When I was still living in Mississippi, we used to go rock climbing at Tishamingo state park, FWIW.

Killz, I have lived in both states, and find beauty and ugliness in each.

Tishomingo or Vicksburg

Speaking of Vicksburg, in a week and half I'm heading to my camp just North of there to crappie fish.

Meeman-Shelby just north of Memphis has some great hiking too

I just got into it 3 years ago... Pretty obsessed now... My dad drove down there Friday and caught some nice fish yesterday... Hit him up for a few slabs earlier today that I'm gonna cook with some sirloins later this week.

Killz, you've stated your hatred of Mississippi in many a thread. It's actually a pretty nice place if you can not listen to stereotypes and think for yourself. The people of Mississippi are some of the nicest around. The state has a lot of natural beauty too.

Missouri isn't the Mecca of greatness that you think it is. I've seen plenty of crappy places there too.

I know you're just being a troll but your comments about the state that I live in are getting very old.
