I can't print fast at all, and it looks kinda bad.
My cursive looks bad too, but it's all I've ever written and it's faster because you don't have to pick up the pen as much.
I learned in 3rd grade. I'm under 30.

Why not teach it at the same time as the print letters? I think I learned it in like the 1st or 2nd grade, and I am glad I did. I don't use it, but it is definitely something to know.
I don't ever use chemistry, but that is still required.

This. Went to a private school as a kid and we mainly used cursive until 7th grade.
