That is another myth science has debunked.
Masturbation stunts no growth whatsoever. If there is any growth stunting, then it's glandular, or brought on by outside factors such as stress, unhealthiness etc. you know the works.

The one negative I can see is setting unrealistic expectations on bodies, because regular men and women don't get hired to do porn.
