I like to wear black in Winter but I switch to lighter colors for the other seasons. I spend a lot of time outdoors and black converts sunlight to heat very efficiently.

There are bodybuilders are who bigger and heavier with a lower body fat %. If you think it's funny an unbelievable, then you're ignorant, because it's been done before. That weight to body fat percentage ratio has been bettered.
